Let’s run it back: One year after the success of Wicked at the box office and in the awards race, Universal will debut the second part of Jon M. Chu’s musical adaptation. The expectation is that the movie will be a factor again in the awards race — and could expand on its 10 nominations for the first installment thanks to two new original songs.
